They are literally never open during their business hours and I had pulled into the drive thru at about 8 pm tonight and had the cashier was speaking to someone at the window and he also gave a handshake out the window and then that car drove off and then the cashier disappeared and did not take my order and this isn’t the 1st this has happened either

The staff is friendly and kind. They are Professional and hard working. I appreciate the kindness every time i got. The reason im rating so low tho is the prices are crazy high for most things on this menu.The Menu itself is confusing and just hard for customers to make affordable choices. Because their are specials on certain days at certain times it's confusing.The food Quality is ok, but it's a fast food place. Im not paying for a restaurant experience as a fast food spot.If this place didn't have good fish tacos i wouldn't even go.

I’ve been to Del Tacos in California and they were always good. We were so excited when one opened up here. It was good at first for a little while but now it’s horrible. Every time we go there, the staff aren’t friendly, the food is lukewarm with it literally thrown in the bag and the outside of the bags/drinks are gross and dirty. The fries are usually burnt also. It’s been like this for a long time because we’ve gone a year or months in between going. Each time regretting it. Corporate needs to close it down or hire staff that are actually capable of running it well.
Servers at the drive-through are always monotone. don’t smile and seemed like it might’ve been a bother but my biggest issue was getting 2 tablespoons of guacamole for $1.89 and it was not fresh I will be posting on Facebook to not get the guacamole no way should that have been $1.89 food is always great though.
