Everything about this place is great until dinner hour. They always run out of chicken and it’s a 30-40min wait.
Absolutely disappointed service and worker food was bad paid fill pick for original no crispy at all I get things happen but you represent the restaurant and we pay for almost 50 dollars order and just young rude far from polite colored hair the cab do way better!

The mashed potatoes and mac and cheese were bland, and the biscuits were hard. Although the hot sauce that used to be available was mentioned as discontinued, some customers still find it at other locations. Overall, while there are some positive experiences, the inconsistency in food and service may still deter customers from returning.
