Not the best, they’re definitely struggling to keep up with service and quality of food. They got rid of a lot of their best selling things like their wings. Very small portions. Although it takes awhile to get your food it’s always hot. They don’t ever give napkins or silverware they forget sauces sometimes. Could use some better staff who know what they’re doing still disappointed they got rid of the Nashville hot tenders and the wings though :////
We ordered on the App. Drive Thru line was long & the Lobby was Closed. Then they forget our 8 tenders that was supposed to come with it. So we basically spent a whole hour at one KFC. They could have give us some cookies for the mistake they made. I wont be going back to that one again.

Food was a normal KFC menu. Chicken was slightly on the burnt side but the sides and everything were great. However if you eat here go through the drive-thru! If you go inside the ceiling definitely looks like it's been wet and is groupie and places. Definitely would not eat in here if it's raining cuz I got a feeling it leaks. Bathroom had a puddle on the floor that was coming from the bottom of a toilet. Probably will not return to this KFC since there is a brand new one less...read full review
