Ordered a sausage pizza and a pepperoni pizza. Got home to Bloomfield and there were no pizza sauce on the pizza. Just the breading, cheese and pepperoni/ sausage. Half a slice with friends each and the rest ended up in trash. Good pizza is enjoyable. Not this time.

Insisted door dash picked up our order we placed directly with their website. Refused to honor our order. Multiple ongoing issues with staffing, digital menus, and issues with online ordering. As for quality, it's cheap pizza that is consistently decent.

Ordered a pizza online through the app. Showed up at expected time, when handed my pizza it was super soggy at the bottom, noticed it didnt have the correct toppings, had to tell him that it was cold. Then he ask how long ago I ordered it, then just proceeded to hand me another pizza that was sitting there. What was the point of making the online order?paid $12 online just to be given a $8 cheap pizza. wasn't what I paid for.BAD SERVICE!

Does no one know how to answer a phone? Placed an order last night went to pick it up and the door was locked. The app said it would be ready by 7:40 wasn’t able to get my order until 8:10 pm because no one would open the door. the man working started telling me he didn’t have my order, then he found my order, then he didn’t have my brownie, then he did, then he didn’t have my bread sticks. Said he’ll give me a free Dr Pepper, gave me Dr Pepper zero. Ugh so frustrating! Needs to be more organized.

Ordered from the app. Time to pick was 7:30 to 7:40p.m. I ordered 1 thin crust pepperoni & 1 MeatZa MeatZa NEVER GOT IT!! both pizza had thick crust. They dn't update there order tracker as they go along cuz I tried to check as I sat outside the place. It was stuck on 7:21 order in the oven. So after awhile (7:45 p.m.) we had 2 walk inside and ask if our pizza was ready. It was ready & sitting on the counter. Not in the portal like it's suppose to be!! This place needs to ship shape up! No excuses! ASAP!! Can't use busy as an excuse, there busy everyday should be use to it!!

Parking: Their custom sign said they’d be open at 11am but sitting here in my truck and it’s 11:20am and my pizza online said it would be ready between 11:06 to 11:16am and the original store hours are 10:30am so their personal sign they have taped to the door they don’t follow that either. People need to show up to their job they applied for or find better reliable people. Shiprock Little Caesar’s locations is a lot more prepared than this location is.
