Insisted door dash picked up our order we placed directly with their website. Refused to honor our order. Multiple ongoing issues with staffing, digital menus, and issues with online ordering. As for quality, it's cheap pizza that is consistently decent.
The first time it happened I didn’t say anything, but twice now at this particular location, they’ve neglected to slice my pizza. Like, completely forgot… That’s two out of only 3 times I’ve been here so either I’m unlucky or your batting average isn’t great. Both times I was just passing through town, so before catching the mistake I was back on the highway cruising, only to have to pull over on the shoulder and mangle my way through a pretzel crust with a swiss...read full review
