If the children who are employed here would work instead of goof off and throw things at one another I might have gotten the correct order. Seriously. Why does the shift manager not yell at these kids for throwing ice? I guarantee I won't return to this location or any McDonald's in Farmington because of this.

It took a while to get food out however being that the drive through was packed and there were kids everywhere our server (was wearing a vest) had amazing customer service. he was polite and asked what all we needed. great experience would go again.

Whoever you had working the drive thru this morning Monday Jan 29 had so much attitude and was so impatient I just drove off going to lose more business with attitude and customer service like
It was busy, and they were understaffed. Every worker was polite enough, but they were unable to help anyone properly. A few elderly people had issues figuring out the computers to order food from. Beautiful remodel, though.

I had terrible service,my coffee was cold,my fries were cold,,my big Mac was cold,,fish sandwich was cold,, employees were rude,loud, terrible service,, manager didn't care to check to see if my food was satisfactory,,no response on my food after 30mins or so,,, employees were on there cell phones,,,dirty tables,( I had to wipe my own table) was giving a promo on my entire order waited an additional 10 mins still didn't get my food!!! There store has gone from a 10 to a 3,see lots of customers waiting for there food,,they had customers waiting in the drive thru and inside the restaurant,,overall they SUCK,,!! SO I NEVER GOT MY ENTIRE ORDER (25.00) WORTH AND IT WASN'T WORTH MY TIME ,NOT EATING THERE UNTIL THEY GET BETTER EMPLOYEES AND MANAGERS!!
