Love the green chili doubles. Always friendly. Drive thru time is reasonable. Friendly staff.
They keep things from me that I've paid for me that I've ordered. 😑
I see it when I get home. I'll have to go ALL the way back to pick it up.
There's definitely an English comprehension problem here in Farmington NM.
Constant misunderstanding.
Making up words. 🙄

McDonald's serves good food, but the service can be inconsistent. While some staff members provide excellent customer service, others can be rude and unprofessional. The restaurant can get busy and understaffed, leading to long wait times and difficulties with ordering. Despite this, the remodel is beautiful and the staff are generally polite. Some customers appreciate the fast, friendly service and find that the food is fresh. The fries are noted for not being soggy, and the restaurant is clean compared to others in the area. However, there have been some complaints about orders being incorrect, such as missing items like bacon on sandwiches. Overall, this location is seen as the best McDonald's in Farmington, though experiences may vary.
