Service was not what it should have been when service works for the tip. 5 people or more gratuity.... I was not happy with that. The waitress did not seem to have worked for the $15 gratuity. Was a waiting game...
Every time my family eats there we always ask for Bryant or Louis. They are always so polite to us & very patient. They are also very fast. We love there service. Also the kid that does the Salad bar good job. I love the salad bar so delicious & always fresh. Don't care for the others workers. A few times they gave off a rude & snotty vibe because it took us a minute to order. I actually had to snap at one lady to be patient because we had a big family. Anyways...

Our waitress (Dechelle) was very attentive but not hovering. Smiling and cheerful. Kept drinks full and answered questions with ease and knowledge.
I highly recommend Porters if you are in or near Farmingto, NM.
