Very brutal. People there are very rude. Even just getting help putting money on their commissary.

The bed was a bit hard and they didn’t change over to the winter sheets for my stay, so it was a little cold. Be sure to bring a warm jacket and maybe even a comfortable blanket. The pillows are also rather thin. Besides that, I had a pretty good stay. The resort is very secure and the guards did frequent checks to make sure there wasn’t anything illegal or suspicious in my room. The true highlight is the restaurant. Breakfast burritos the size of your face! The fish and chips are probably the best I’ve ever had and the dipping sauces are great, if not a bit salty. While there was not a huge wine selection, it is worth the $15/glass to try their 20 year old Port! I recommend the Riesling for their fish, though. The Port is more of a dessert wine. Great resort, would visit again.

I just want to be updated on my friend and when he’ll be allowed to call me but they won’t tell me anything not even if he’s Doing ok. I just want some answers

Mr. Havel is very unprofessional!!. It's not fair the inmates are in there but when he beat up his wife or whatever the hell he did. He did no jail time...NOTHING! & It's swept under the rug!! They give the female inmates 1 PAD! How is that supposed to help!! They always say they have supply shortage, some don't have blankets!! They don't SANITIZE before or after letting the COVID POSITIVE ones out!! Now my brother has Covid!!

brother had corona qnd nothing was done. No medication. Nearly died and will only give them one test so you never know if you still have it. And they keep you in the covid part after you healed. We're given sack lunches for 2 meals for months! Rude staff when trying to get information!

Make sure you ask for the correct of amount of a Money Order and the right of amount Cash before getting someone out. These Staff are untrained and need more training.
