Ordered a cup of coffee with my meal. Only had 30 mins for my lunch break and the coffee NEVER came! I keep coming back to give it another try but the service is TERRIBLE!!!

It’s been over a week now since I first reached out to your customer care team about getting a refund for an issue at one of your stores. I called on 10/17 and sent a follow up email on 10/23 and again today 10/27 and still have not received any response back. This is unacceptable. I just want my money back and I’ll take this as a lesson learned about using the app and dining at your establishments in the future if this is what you consider good customer service.

El Paso 198 used to be a Top Tier Whataburger but slowly but surely under Edwardo and their team leader's like Sam, it's become Horrible! The store still has a few good "team members" but even they have told me it has become difficult for them to work there!

Went to get a burger and for just two sandwiches was going to be $23 No drinks no fries nothing not even extras for $23 I lived next to the original and they used to be so good and not $10 each sandwich. Its kind of ridiculous if you ask me. In this economy nobody can make a living wage enough to spend $10 on a sandwich. And in the past when we got the food it was cold and took over 30 minutes to get and was definitely old. Not worth it unfortunately... makes me sad because I truly used to enjoy the food from this chain.

Ordered a medium chocolate shake at 8:51 pm on the self checkout and didn't receive it until 9:16 pm. Not another order was taken after me. I had so much time I got to check out the drive through with no customers. Only thing I saw was a door dash order go out. Employees are flat out not doing their jobs, the manager ought to be ashamed in themselves. Service is always an issue here but tonight was absolutely terrible.

Sat in the Drive-Thru waiting for my order to be taken for 20 minutes but the person that drives to the other drive-thru speaker gets served right away drove off. Terrible service recommend anywhere else.

They got my order wrong twice on the same meal! 1) Served me a cheeseburger instead of the large single burger I ordered. They seemed to want to blame me for not specifying no cheese. 2) Replaced that with a two-patty sandwich but removed all my ketchup and they were too short-staffed for me to get it replaced until I was almost finished eating. As I longtime Whataburger fan, I found this experience truly disappointing.
