Ice cream scoops were sub-par. Each scoop/ball was less than 1/2 full leaving a round voided sphere. When I worked for the owner we had to weigh tge scoop to ensure customer satisfaction was met. For the price of the ice cream we, the consumer, should be getting their money's worth.

I love this place but sometimes I feel like the workers don't pay attention. Some smile and greet but some don't. Other than that the place is a fun environment and they always have delicious varieties of flavors. The owner John and his wife are always amazing. Very friendly Just some workers need to work on their costumer service. Just being honest. I been going to Baskin Robbins back in my child hood days and still love it. Great job 👏

Very friendly works ? there is times when other customers goes in there to get ice cream. They have bad attitude. If you’re having a bad day get your ice cream at the grocery store and go home. The workers are there too, Work not to put up with rude attitude And they also have to deal with the walkers that goes in there all the time and intoxicated and under the influence of drugs.
