Big Cheese is a magical place for young and old. We thoroughly enjoyed the thin crust pizza pie and while we did not win big on the arcade games, we won big on fun and friendship. Big Cheese is the type of place that fosters lifelong memories and unbridled joy. It brings out the best in humanity, with a child even offering us some of his tickets so we could get a better prize.
Employees were friendly, attentive, and joyfully represented Mr. Cheese in a positive light.
You come to Big Cheese because the mascot welcomes you in with a charming smile, shedding hope on the weary travelers of Route 66, but you stay at Big cheese and keep coming back because it’s not just a pinnacle of pizza craft and arcade. It’s home.

Most things on the menu are admittedly mediocre.
However, the thin crust pizza with all the toppings (whatever it's called) is unironically the greatest pizza I've ever tasted and I have been confounded by this enlightenment since the day I tried it.
Upon the consumption of an ordinary Big Cheese Pizza pizza one oft notices the cardboard-adjacent chew and taste beffiting to pizza that need only fill the stomachs of children (who salivate at the very concept of anything pizza-shaped) before they are distracted by the available games. I do not shame their regular pizza, but I must put this into perspective.
There must be some kind of esoteric recipe or ritual that explains how these same humble ingredients exceed my ability to perceive scrumdiddlyumchiousness when laid on a bed of thin crust- which I can only explain as being like an enlarged saltine cracker.
I have never known a better pizza dispite that I know every flaw in every chew, I have no explanation for why I like it so.
Also I've gone here since I was a lil' man so that's cool.

The food was okay I came for a little birthday party. It seemed they may have overbooked themselves there were parties taking place back to back. The last 30 minutes we felt pressure to leave ASAP. We were out by the designated time but it was a little hectic. Some of the games didn't work and the prices were not worth the tickets. Food was okay nothing too great.
I called to reserve the private party room and was told to come in 2-1 week before to pay the deposit, and the lady (manager of the day) who answered my call did not tell me they couldn't reserve the room until they had the deposit. The manager did not even take my name and told me they had my phone number. I went in to pay the deposit, and the time slot of the day I wanted was taken...... I called the manager for the day and was told they couldn't even hold seats in the regular dining area and only could take me in as a walk-in. What kind of compensation is that? I always wanted to give this place a chance, but this experience ruined it for me, and they need a better reserve system for their private party room.

I love the pizza and the environment in the dining room and entertainment room, although some machine like some games and the ticket counter were broken or won't accept and tokens so hopefully it can be fixed before I can go back there some day
