Wife and I have eaten at several different Blake’s in different parts of the state. Have to say the service attitude at this one less than sucked. Got there about 2 hours prior to closing. Guy at counter annoyed at us even ordering. We are traveling and thought we’d get a bite, food not as good as other shops but ok. Wife needed to use restroom before we hit road and was told “No.”. No explanation- just “No”. I know this is a major Health code violation but it is also an affront to civility. Still better than an hour till closing and no restroom. Please………. Also one of the doors at the side of the restaurant was locked….. fire code violation. Sign on door even states this. Think staff should be educated on laws and rules as well disciplined/fired. New crew might improve the place.

Service-he was annoyed with the customers blocked off one section that included the bathroom and would not let us go. Locked the door on the side that he blocked off (fire hazard and not having bathroom is not legal). Fries were good burger was okay

I placed an online order here twenty minutes prior to arrival and then went to the register where I waited in line for 10 minutes. When I finally got to the register they told me my order was not ready. After waiting in the restaurant for twenty minutes I got in line again and they pulled my order out from the counter and gave it to me. It had been ready the ENTIRE time. TERRIBLE ORGANIZATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND EAT ELSEWHERE! Maybe it’s time for a new crew or an uptraining for your staff. Do better New Mexico. Never coming back here.

This is no longer Lotaburger. They changed the meat, buns, lettuce, cheese and fries. The cheese tastes like that canned cheese you put on crackers. Yuck!! 🤮

Update 2025 my freaking coffe is either cold or a warm cold it's NOT STEAMING HOT. [4/25/25] Every time I visit this location it's always no COFFEE or it's not HOT and its a luke WARM COFFEE. Depending on what time I get here they make good burrtios but if there in a rush sometimes they burrito come out kind of crappy or the bread will be falling apart cuz they warmed it up too much or it will have to much patotoes. 2020 nobody picking up the phone no fountain drinks and out the 7 employees here only one person was willing to help me complete my order the other 6 were just being plain lazy.

I'm eating at this restaurant and watching every single person get stuck inside the doors going to the bathrooms. I'm pretty sure there is a lawsuit that's going to happen unless they fix this issue, being it a fire hazard and a potential health violation. The only thing the workers said is that you have to pull it hard. I watched 2 grown men try to open it but they could not. Lotaburger makes millions of dollars but a 100 dollar door fix is not in their budget I guess. The manager can do better.

The service was terrible. Matt took the complete wrong order. He was in a hurry to leave for the day. We had to get several items refunded and one of the burgers was made wrong. Matt hit the wrong button and when confronted laughed it off and argued. Burger was never corrected. The store manager was standing there the whole time. Never intervening. Never came to talk to us when it was slow. I highly recommend having them repeat your order back to you so you can avoid the hassle and waste of money. Blakes still has great food.
Food was great but it had green chili in it when I did not order it with green chili. There were tweakers everywhere and there nasty dogs walking around inside the restaurant.

I love Lotaburger as a native New Mexican, and whenever I have to travel through NM, I like stopping at Gallup to go to this location. They always cook well, serve it promptly and have clean bathrooms and eating area. The parking is easy to navigate and they offer a drive thru as well. Lots of seating too. The staff are kind, patient and helpful. Definetly a nice place to sit down and eat while you're traveling. The green chili cheeseburger combo is a classic entry in the menu especially if you've never been here before.
Parking: Lots of parking and in the nearby shopping area.
Kid-friendliness: They offer kid chairs, a kid menu and large tables for family seating.

Online said open until 9:45pm , sign on doors said 10:00pm . Tried to walk in at 9:25 and they were locked up. One employee was in there cleaning and the rest were sitting around talking! If you say your going to be open until a certain time..... BE OPEN!!!!

Food was great Hamburger patties were cooked just right, tomato was firm and not mushy, lettuce leaf was fresh not wilted. Fries were hot and fresh. All in all everything was great
