I recently purchased a breakfast burrito, sausage.. it was horrible.. not the fresh made one's. It took 17 minutes to get it.. what was bad was everything in the burrito was pretty made and kept warm.. no fresh made eggs.. sasage..and cold potatos.. a disgrace to the to the burritos I have been use to for many years.. I live in Kansas city.. now live in Las Vegas and always mak my time for a burger or burrito.. it's gone down hill and the price as gone up from 349 to 549 and made worse.. it took 3 minutes to make and I waited 20 minutes to get it.. very disappointed

Had the lotaburger with green chilis. Very good if you are serious about green chilies and are hungry. The service was fast and just like I ordered it! It's not a fancy restaurant but we weren't there for frill and ambiance. Yes we will go back! And everyone needs to try this!

My friend and I went in for a lady’s breakfast hoping to chat while enjoying some burritos which were recommended by most of our New Mexican friends. However, upon entering the establishment, the floor was dirty, the seating area looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages, and there was a lingering odor in the air. Not to mention, the service itself was terrible. We asked for our food to be fresh which is pretty reasonable for the price you’re paying only to find that our burritos were cold. So we had to ask a big lady at the counter for a different burrito and she rudely snatched the bag and made snarky comments. All I’m saying is if you can’t handle rehearing some food for a PAYING customer, then don’t work at all. Anyways, the food itself was okay. It was cold and for the $6/ burrito it was not worth it at all. I suggest going to a different location and avoiding the area altogether. It’s highly disappointing for my first Lotaburger burrito experience.

Dirty dining area. The floor was wet at the fountain machine, causing a slip hazard. There were no lids for medium-sized cups. There was not enough change for the bill tendered, and the manager was a little rude. Very unpleasant atmosphere. Bad service overall. I don't recommend making a stop here for your dining experience.
