Someone put hot sauce into my drink… food was terrible…. Someone needs to check the security cameras for food tampering…. Awful place to eat

This mornings staff were terrible. Sat in drive thru for almost 20mins. They forgot my French toast sticks so went back, then upon checking my sandwiches they gave me wrong one so had to walk back in again. How hard is it to get the orders mixed up? Then you got homeless people sitting side of the building.

I left my credit card there I sent my son to go get it, after backtracking for an hour during my trip. Because I can't breathe very well and the lady required me to come in the store to get it. She was very very rude to my son and to myself when I went in and got it. We even called ahead of time. Who else is going to call about my card and go in and try to get it, if they weren't with me? I don't even live in the state, let alone the town. And who would have known that I left my card there? I was very upset at having to go into the store myself and get it. I will never go to that store again.

Came here after the 4th of July fireworks.. wasn't expecting much, after all it is a BK. But to our surprise, it was top tier. My goodness. It was piping hot and hardly and wait at all! So so good!!

I placed a mobile order 10 mins in advance and when I got to the site for pick up, I was told to wait in the front for an additional 3-4 mins because my order wasn't ready. I was informed that they don't process mobile orders until the customer shows up. I asked for a refund and after I received an eye roll and a "you need to talk to the manager" I was informed they weren't able to assist me and I would have to process everything on the app, which I did. The online help I got was far better than the service I received at this location. I've used the app before at other locations and was able to process refunds at other locations, but apparently this site is different. They need to retrain their staff on customer service and mobile orders.

I experience the most terrible service this evening for dinner I spoke to manager of Andrea wanting to put hands and raise her voice at a customer for serving customers after a previous order made me upset of unfairness waited 45 minutes for a chicken sandwich an burger like seriously why would you make customers wait that long an be so rude

This was 10/4/24 I had ordered 2 large iced tea through the drive thru I paid but soon ignored at that time and from what I could see there 3 workers. There were 2 females working and 1 male sat drive thru window what felt like 20 mins waiting for my drinks. I could visibly see that they were ignoring me on purpose. The 2 other seen me but didn't come to the window after another 5 mins passed I finally got my drinks.
