This person who has bad attitude had the nerve to say to me I'm the one with the attitude and I was just matching her energy call me out for it and yet I call the manager told her about it she just defended her actions and hung up on me and just really inconsiderate people I ever met!!!!! I will never go back here and told ther other store my experience what happen yet they have more of heart to say sorry unlike this wannabe tough acting people here and when I called back they just didn't want to answer and therefore will never come here or do my business here ever again so forget you burger king on East side of drunktown Gallup nm!!! Never on the customer side always saying it's the person's fault there all like that always have one side and never want to do anything right be on the freaking customer side at all !!!!!

Well first of all, we place our order through the app and at 3:29 pm and 3:55 we finally got our order, also we ordered a item and was told it got discontinued and so got replaced with a different item, and the employee weren’t friendly, and accuracy needed to this place, know wonder we always go to the north side

My girlfriend and I are driving across the country and stopped here before going to our hotel for the evening. We walked in and a counter worker with a headset looked at me and then turned her back to me. My girlfriend and I stood in line for over 5 minutes while this worked kept her back to us while pretending to be busy. The drive thru employee walked over to take our order eventually. Another customer walked in after we ordered and the girl who ignored us the whole time turned and helped him immediately. The employee who ignored us had to call out our order, and we asked for some ranch and bbq sauce and she sighed and then very dramatically put one of each in our bag, I asked for one more of each and she said she’d need to ring us up for more sauce. We spent $35 on our food, and have never had an issue at a Burger King before getting 2 of each sauce. Very disappointing experience, felt very unwelcome. I’ve worked 15 years in the service industry and have never come close to acting that way. Then we got back to our hotel and the food was awful, the chicken patty was dry as a bone and our fries were obviously very old. I wouldn’t recommend stopping here if you’re traveling through.

I ordered a large onion rings on the drive thru and waited a while for my food. After getting my meal the onion rings were disappointing, no onions within, just batter and frying oil, it was so gross I didn’t want to eat the rest. After some time, I had becoming nauseous and sick. Never ordering from here again, disappointing food with disappointing prices.

The cashier with a headset stood there with her back to me for minutes, never even greeting me. A couple of other workers saw me but didn't greet either. A few moments she was busy but not even half the time. Another customer came and after a few minutes more she finally turned to take my order.
Service was bad. Go to the other location or just go elsewhere. The same management may own the other BK too... Also the patty on the burger was comically smaller than the bun.
They need to pay their workers enough to give a damn and teach basic courtesy and respect for others.
