The service and food was good. I just have a concern about the sanitary. Watched an employee pick his nose and walk outside. He came back and never replaced his gloves.... might think twice if I see this employee working.

Stopped in while spending the night in Gallup. Had sliced brisket and turkey. Both were some of the best I've had in quite a while. Mac n cheese along with baked beans were also tasty. More food than I could finish and I'm a 220 pound man. Glad I tried the place. Definitely a good meal.

Was greeted right away when I came in. Staff was super-friendly and courteous! BBQ was extremely good considering that it’s a chain. The brisket, pulled pork and smoked turkey were all really good, fresh and tasty! Sides were a little small, portion wise, but very good anyway. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back if I’m in the area again!
