Cute place, and very quick! We stopped here for lunch while passing through Gallup, and it is an institution to the area. It was very busy when we got there, as it was lunch time on a Saturday. Most tables were full, with a line forming by the time we were leaving. It's right off the highway, so it's an easy and convenient stop, and they have a handle on getting people in and out quickly.

My husband got a sort of open face chili burger and I got a cheeseburger. My husband thought his food was great and got maybe halfway through it, good portion size. My burger was pretty basic. It kind of reminded me of the burger you'd get at a big family bbq, grilled patty, standard toppings, nothing fancy. Not bad at all, just simple, and does the trick. Our waiter, Dean, was wonderful! Friendly, attentive, and quick. Drinks came quickly, food came not long after ordering, and we never needed anything. The vibe inside is very classic diner, casual and welcoming.

They do also incorporate a Native American market, so artists and vendors walk from table to table selling jewelry and art. It's a really unique experience, I wasn't expecting it, but it felt like we were experiencing local culture.

Food was ok but the amount of times we were hit up to buy stuff from outside venders was ridiculous. It was annoying to say the least.

Old school diner menu with big portions. Local place great for tourists where artisans walk around selling jewelry while you eat. Good place for a quick meal

This place was a very nice atmosphere, good customer service and the food was excellent. Huge portions and everything we ate tasted amazing. Everything was made fresh and was very pleasing to the taste buds. Price range is great 10-20 per person. We will come again.

I ordered a Patty Melt, half of the bread was super soggy, I asked the waitress for a new slice of toast. After about 10 minutes I had to ask her again for my toast, when she brought it, it was almost burnt. Will not be eating at Earls for a long time..

We come here whenever we're in Gallup. The prices are great for the amount of food you get, and it's always good food. Its also fun when the vendors come to your table to sell the things they make. The staff was very nice and you could tell they loved their jobs. Don't miss it!

I'm traveling for work and I decided to try different restaurants, today I went into Earl's and got seated right away the service was great, I asked about selections and they told me about their deal the chicken fried steak dinner, I decided to give it a try, it was not the greatest in fact it wasn't really edible light about a quarter of it and the green beans were green beans nothing fancy about them I asked for a loaded potato they told me they could do it and a loaded potato came with sour cream and butter no big deal I decided to eat that I did get fry bread to go to the fryeburg was really good but the chicken fried steak was probably one of the worst I've ever had. The gravy had no flavor whatsoever. I have a few more weeks here I probably will not stop back.
