Very impressed with this coffee stop. Good atmosphere, good food, and great coffee. The seating is comfortable and the shop is quite spacious. The staff was positive and quick with our orders too. Worth a stop if you're passing through!

Gallop Coffee Co

This was more of a coffee shop than a restaurant which was okay as we were just looking for a quick breakfast. It was similar to a Starbucks but far less expensive and better food choices.

My wife had a bagel with cream cheese and some coffee. I had a hot cocoa, and a breakfast sandwich, which was basically a basket with an egg and bacon in it.

They specialize in coffee there and my wife said it was really good. The coffee was pretty good too, but the breakfast items were fairly ordinary.

If you are looking for a good cup of coffee and a place to kick back for a bit, this could be the place you are looking for.

People working the counter seem dismissive, but they might just be feeling overwhelmed. Make sure you pay attention to your order while it's being made if you're lactose intolerant- I ordered almond milk no whip mocha... and if I hadn't been dining in (if a lid had been put on) and noticed the whipped cream and whole milk- I'd be pretty miserable.

My kid got a caramel apple cider- which was good but you may want to skip on the whipped cream on it (maybe switch to a cold non dairy foam or something?) as it curdles when it hits the cider and is kinda gross.

Cinnamon coffee cake was good, and coffee was good once it was made correctly!

Friendly staff. We're happy to have found a decent fancy cup of coffee along I-40 on a Sunday while driving from Flagstaff to Santa Fe! In fact we liked our coffee and service so much that when we drove from Santa Fe back to Boulder City, we stopped there again, this time enjoying breakfast sandwiches. Same cheerful service and tasty coffee.

I've been here several times and the vibes are good!
The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is chill, and there's plenty of seating in a variety of styles. I come here to read and write, primarily. Outlets for working are available and the back room is quieter if you're looking for that.

The snacks look great, but I can't eat them due to a gluten allergy :l

Great building and nice atmosphere. I’ve only ever had their cookies coffee and they were pretty good. The low rating is because I always have the same experience with the same barista. I don’t get it, bad luck or bad blood with someone I don’t even know…

Owner is very nice and had a great time chatting with him. Some of the best coffee I've ever had. The balance of flavors is perfect.
