gallup coffee company is very nice coffee shop with delicious drinks! I didn't try any of their baked goods but they sure looked delicious. if you're interested in taking coffee beans home they have bags of beans to buy!
Beautiful space that has been cared for and loved. Nice decore and furnishings that feel warm and inviting too! Best part was the coffee which was high quality espresso and made with love by an intentful and friendly staff that made a great experience perfect!
I always judge a coffee shop on their iced vanilla latte. Why you ask? It's primarily milk and vanilla has a very distinct flavor, so the flavor of the espresso has to work extra hard to let you know it's there. Gallup coffee passed!!! They use a medium roast for the espresso which means you actually taste the bean! The vanilla is made in house and you can taste the quality of that syrup. Unfortunately I don't live close so it'll be awhile before I can ever...
