Stopped in while traveling and like going somewhere new. The store (including the bathroom) was clean, and the employees were very friendly. The young man taking my order was patient with my questions and made sure my order was correct. He suggested the pot pie, which was good. I prefer the old-fashioned fried chicken, mashed potatos with gravy and cole slaw.

The food is great, but I had to wait 15mins more for them to get my order to me. I couldn't get the food through drive-thru and to walk in.thr The place was clean on the outside, but inside was dirty and not organized.

Casher should have repeated the order, the chicken was way over cooked, the skin was to hard, the only parts of the dinner that was good was the mash potato. I'll stick to Church Chicken. I will never eat at another KFC.

Worst KFC ever! Horrible service, in my opinion. Ordered 3pc meal, paid for 3 pc meal, once got to my hotel, box had 2 pcs of chicken in it. The server failed to give me a cup to get my drink that came with it. I chose lemonade. Only water comes out of it; no matter how you operate the dispenser. Wanted to sit down and eat, waiter look the time to not5me that they close in 30m, where online says 10pm. Manager/Supervisor have their work cut out for this location. Will never give my money to this location.

It was quite busy when I was there. This was during the time when Gallup was quite busy due to I-40 being shut down after a train derailment. I thought the service was quite good for being a tad overwhelmed at the time

With bideneconomics, I think KFC has been only doing 7 of the 11 secret herbs and spices to save money. I've yet to find a KFC nationwide, that has the original recipe that tastes like the KFC chicken anywhere I go. it's now bland and three times the price.
