McDonald's in Gallup

“Wow. I have never had a better experience at a McDonald's. And that says alot because we are from East Tennessee, and I have 2 kids , we go more than I care to admit.. lol. It's honestly baffling. We didn't have to ask for anything , the young man running food was so polite , gave us napkins and sauce we needed w/o having to ask. Everything was hot , fries were crispy & that Chile burger was good !“

“We on this trip, stopped by mcd's off route 66 in Gallup nm, I went in to order 2 Ice tea,the emp.was very nice to fine me a meal deal, I ask her questions. She was very understanding, at the end after paying ,I forgot to mention senior discount.I didn't ask her for her name. I'll definitely returning ?“

“This restaurant and bathroom was super clean. My nuggets & fries were made fresh to order and came out piping hot. The employees here are also very friendly. I'll definitely be stopping here again when passing thru on my way to Phoenix.“

“It's Friday night, my kids and I bowl in the Friday night league with gala-bowl after it's green chili cheese burgers and fries , nearly every Friday nite we stop at the Eastside McDonald's and never had an issue until tonight, we order on line, we pay on line and we wait, 20 minutes my son has to go in, 10 minutes later he's told oh we just started on your order in the mean time he sees and hears other customers orders getting their orders wrong, finally I have to go in, finally after 42 minute's we get our food, no apologies, nothing, not even a thank you for stopping by, when I went to speak to an employee to voice why it took so long, they walked away from me, guess we will go to the north side location unless we decide to take out business elsewhere. Very disappointed!!!!
