The sad part about automation is, they're is no one who can help you. As I've waited through this review, I witnessed 3 patrons who could not be helped, there was no one at the register. I waited for my online pickup, seen it sit for 7 mins until I finally had someone hand me my bag. The price of profits, no customer service, until they get robots.

Last time I review was 5 yrs ago after the upgrade. Ate there yesterday. And still eat here regularly. Have to say, asked for fresh fries, ended up with hot yet hard fries. Could tell they just redipped the fries back into the oil to make "fresh". Now, I hav alot of patience, I could wait the mins for the fresh fries no problem. And also I'll add that when I order and head back home to eat, they been messing up on my orders too. Mostly missing stuff.

Very nice Mac Donald and certainly in line with what the chain is all over the world. Our experience was certainly positive but obviously you can't compare it to the big McDonald's in the big cities of the world which are perhaps bigger and busier
