I went to order a meal thru the mobile app. Spicy chicken deluxe. Completely burned! Since I ordered it thru the mobile app… no refunds! Not to mention my fries were old and cold. Am I wrong for wanting a refund?

Got my order ate my food and by the time I got to my pie it was already half eaten!! This is not only disgusting but a health violation! And with the Covid-19 pandemic this is completely unacceptable! I would advise everyone to not go there. If they're doing this? Imagine what else they've done to your food. I honestly doubt anything will be done either!!
Edit: And as I stated nothing was done. No one reaches out to me no one apologized. I to this day refuse to eat at any McDonald's because of this nasty unsanitary experience.

Ordered a #1 and #6 on bfast menu, and chose to eat inside. They gave us a number and said order will be delivered to our table. We sat down, waited 15 minutes and we haven't received our order. I finally walked up to ask, it took another 5 min to finally get the order. The cashier put both orders as a #1, when I asked for a #6. Just such lousy service here. 😮

My cheeseburgers are flat. My buns are as flat as a piece of meat. The bathrooms were quite messy today. I was expecting more from my cheeseburger.

Need more Manners then anything else. Coffee didn't come with sugar/Creamers They Need more practice serving people. Bathrooms weren't clean...yuck
Female at the drive thru was a bit rude. The fries were cold and dry, and the hamburger was also cold. Not recommending this establishment. Better service can be found elsewhere.

Im leaving 1 star for 2300 E Historic Hwy 66, Gallup, NM 87301 because I ordered something simple, which was 3 ice creams in drive thru, and I've been told to park my car. I've been parked for a total of 30 minutes. I called the store and spoke to a manager at 15 minutes of waiting. He said, "Will have it right out." Another 15 minutes passed, and I'm still waiting.
I had to leave the store due to me being on a busy schedule, and I have things I have to do. I'm from out of state, and as I asked for a refund , i told me, "If I want a refund, i have to come back into the store for a full refund."
I live in Phoenix AZ. You can mail me back my $10 refund.

We ordered at McDonald’s 25 minutes later we still didn’t have our food. They said they were cooking our one apple pie we asked for our money back they wouldn’t give it to us and our food, which was finally ready. We got our money back no food don’t go to this McDonald’s.
