Was just driving through gallup and found this place by chance. Got a couple of basic items like baba ganuch and tabooli among other things, and they were very good. I've driven through Gallup many times and food has always been some disappointing mediocre stuff from anywhere between Wendy's to Subway to Earls, to that old hotel that claims to have modern conveniences and this place blows them away.So to speak
A Hidden Gem in Gallup!
This is some of the best Mediterranean food I’ve ever had.
The food is exceptional — fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Their lamb kebab platter is perfectly seasoned, the hummus is creamy and rich, and the pita is soft and warm. I also loved the falafel — crispy on the outside and packed with flavor inside.

We rolled into Gallup in the afternoon. My wife always wants some kind of fast food and I don’t eat junk food. So I looked in my trusty Happy Cow app and found Oasis. It truly is an oasis in a sea of nasty fast food. The staff was friendly and helpful with making a choice from their extensive menu.
