From the warm, attentive service to the delicious, perfectly cooked food, everything here is top-notch. The atmosphere is inviting and full of charm; lively enough to feel fun, yet relaxed enough to linger and enjoy. Can't wait to come back! Our server, (Misha) has been our absolute favorite part of coming here. She always made us feel welcome, remembered our favorites, and somehow knew exactly when we needed a refill or a laugh. Every visit felt like catching up with a friend, not just ordering a meal. Hearing that she's leaving is honestly such a bummer:( I'm so grateful for all the great meals and good vibes Pho W' Me has given us over the years. Can’t wait to come back! 🙌🏽

My family and I looooove the spring rolls. They are amazing. We been getting them from here for a while. But. The past numerous times. Evan and the other girl with colored hair for some reason. Always gave me problems with the nastiest attitude you can see off their face. I do not know them and ive always been friendly to them that i leave tips but for some reason they have something against me. I know it ain't much to complain about but Evan is constantly giving me the wrong Sriracha and barley lines the bottom of the container for 8 springrolls saying he is required to only give a little out. While at this point it feels more purposely that he gives me other sauces than what I ordered. I paid for the food that I love here and I just want to enjoy it without the negativity and attitude from these two. But for now I am not going to come back for a while by that time I do come back. hopefully these two individuals dont work here any more.

That said, the service today really held the experience back. Evan seemed inattentive and disengaged. I wasn’t greeted when entering and he did not follow up during the meal. Last week I came here as well and Passion was much more engaging. She was super friendly and helpful.
.t’s frustrating when the kitchen shines but the front-of-house doesn’t match that same quality.
Would I come back? Yes — the food is worth it. But I’ll go in knowing that service isn’t always up to par.

When picking this restaurant I was just focus on the food but as I looked more into the restaurant reviews it was questionable what type of service or quality me and my family would receive since the reviews seems to be mixed. MY personal experience with this place was awesome, there was no waiting around for a table, the server came directly to us to get our drink orders and look over menus. We got our drinks, order our food and the food came out right away, we got follow ups 3 times. The server was attentive and friendly and mann, all the food tasted amazing 👏. The music playing was a nice touch👍. My only complaint is the place is dirty, the ladies/girls restrooms floor was very sticky. They really need to wipe down or better yet deep clean the booths, walls and restrooms. That's all. Oh, perhaps have A/C too lol.

Had to take out because the teenage wait people were playing loud rap music. No way would I stay and eat a meal here. While I was waiting for my food the teenagers behind the counter were laughing loudly, not serving the customers. Still don't know if the food is good but I won't be back because of the atmosphere.

The overall experience was definitely... weird. I did not enjoy it. The staff were friendly but took a long time giving us our food along with checking up on us. The decor of the place is pretty bad it could use better wall colors. Not to mention, there were these men that sat next to us and were constantly making comments about me and my sisters. The food was..ehh, it could've been better. Of course, I'm no Vietnamese expert on their culture and food, but definitely, I wouldn't even serve the food to my pigs. The meat seemed mysterious it was circular, and it looked like something you could easily just warm up that was processed and add into a bowl of soup or, in this case, Pho, it could've been better if the cilantro didn't overpower the entire taste of it. The noodles were good, but there was too much onion, which really threw me off. The only thing I enjoyed was their Boba Tea/Milk Tea/Bubble tea, whatever you want to call it. In overall conclusion, the food is absolutely diabolical, service sucks, atmosphere is weird and uncomfortable. Words CANNOT explain how repulsed I am by this restaurant.

Super sad about the past three times me and my friends have gone. I’ve been going here since it opened and absolutely love the beef pho, the service was great and absolutely loved the environment However our recent visits have been dull, service was bad, we sat and waited for a while with only a handful of other customers, tables were not cleared for a while so finding a table was an odd experience, waitress did not address everyone and after we ordered it took wayyyyy longer than normal. Was super disappointed that we had to wait so long just for a drink refill and for our food. Typical I tip more than 15 bucks regardless of my group size because I also work food service, I never expected to feel the need to not tip :(
The rare steak pho was amazing! Same with the Thai Tea! I had no idea that Gallup had a Pho spot and I’m so glad they do now because I will be there quite often!

Well the food WAS good until the dust. So, the manager admitted he turned on the fan inside the restaurant by mistake blowing ventilation dust all over my family and my inlaws during a birthday celebration. We still had to pay the bill although we were not even through eating. The dust got into our eyes and all over our clothes. It was disgusting. No help from the manager who caused it said we still have to pay. We did. So sad 😞 I used to love eating there.
