The food was good except every time we go there. You happen to be out of a certain food that happens too often. You should not have the silverware the way you do bundled up in the tray. i'm positive other customers at that table. Touch that silverware, and I'm sure on occasion. They're sneezing and coughing around that silverware. It's just not healthy.

Have been coming here since it opened, lately the quality of food has gone down. Did you get a new cook? Did you start getting less quality ingredients? There was no fresh basil, the noodles looked and tasted different. I am sorry but I think your food and service is no longer top notch. After today, my family will not be returning.

Had Duy Pham, the owner, and his fiance in to my place of work out in AZ, while they were travelling through. I told them i would be through Gallup in a few weeks time and sure enough, we stopped in. We came in tired hungry and road weary frok driving for two days, and had an AWESOME server, Dale, who accurately and carefully took our order, and no time wasted had our food on the table in less then 7 minutes. We were able to eat the incredibly tasty food, and be back on the road in less than 30 minutes and will for sure be back for more! Thank you for the wonderful food and service!!

Will this is a place I most likely will not visit again. I’ll stick to getting my pho fix back home in Salt Lake City. The food wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great either. Now the service that’s a whole different thing, it sucked big time very poor. We sat got our drinks, got one appetizer family got their pho while I waited longer for my vermicelli and finally got our second appetizer. Not once did our server ask if we wanted refills or how the food was or if we needed anything else. The pho could’ve used a bit more flavor but that’s just me I guess. The “hostess” tried to short change me as I paid in cash, not cool.

I love this place. Pho has become one of my favorite things to eat and I love seeing the upgrades they are putting in place. Food is always quickly served, service is 50/50 based on who you get but of course that’s with anything in the restaurant world not the establishments fault. Great restaurant overall.

Awesome pho 🍲! Great flavor and the service is great. This place gets super busy and even with a ton of orders, our server stayed pleasant. I had the non-meat pho and it was delicious. Not sure if it’s vegetarian but I was glad they had the option.

This super casual restaurant is on the tight side but since that means more seats, we can all be grateful.
The food is excellent. I recommend the Pho with two beef. You can’t beat the broth and the raw sides are the best.
There can be a wait but it is worth it!

Food was not as it has been many times before. The a/c seemed to be on. Was cold in the room. Made it uncomfortable to even eat in pleasure. Had to put on our coats. Everyone in the place had their jacket on. Not a good enjoyable evening out.

We ordered food to go here for the first time while on the way from Flagstaff . We ordered a steak pho, beef vermicelli, spring rolls and Thai tea. Everything was fresh and yummy! Our food was ready within 15-20 min. Highly recommend!

Generous heaping of noodles and broth in my soup. This was great for the price, but this is factoring in my experiences living in Seattle (lived out there 5 years. Spent some months waltzing out of the office to get phở for lunch next door—yum) where some phở noodle restaurants would cut back on the serving sizes of noodles and broth but would still charge $15 minimum. Sometimes I would have to pay for “Extra Noodles” out there and be charged $3 extra, bringing the total to at least $19-20 for one bowl.
In terms of quantity and price, you’re getting more food upfront than Seattleites are.
Flavor of the broth is overall great and I’ve been back multiple times to get my noodle fix. I feel there’s a broth option missing and it might be the oxtail?
