Customer service is a hit or miss, seen both good and bad service skills here. I recommend you double check your order since I’ve missed out on sides here and there or have gotten the wrong thing. Lastly, I think their hours aren’t true because I’ve pulled up at 11pm and more than once they’ve closed their drive thru before closing time. :’) I just want my late night munchies fix.

Ordered popcorn shrimp. It came in a tiny coleslaw tub. Shrinkflation at its finest. Bit of a rip off. Boo!!!

Ridiculous portions, way over priced. This was a 5 peice tender meal, but they were more like nuggets. Not very fresh either.

They messed up my order then left me standing at the counter for 10 min while everyone stood in the back talking. Terrible service.

Order food from the drive-thru. They were friendly and nice, I asked about mac and cheese for family meal, and they said it'll cost extra for it. I said ok that's fine, but when I got home, they gave me mashed potatoes instead ? *FYI check your orders before you leave.* I got charged extra for nothing...sucks because I stay out of town about 30 minutes. Was really looking forward to that Mac and cheese ?

They charge for sauces now even if its supposed to be free and when they gave me my sauce it mess up my seat cuz it was already tear up. Worst customer service and they just care about the money.

I often eat at Popeyes, and this was one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. Food quality and service were excellent.

I don’t really travel here, but I never met customer service as good as Redmond he made sure our order was hot and fresh, and he gave good customer service. I recommend this place when you come to Gallup New Mexico, and thank you Redmond for making my experience a memorable one.
