Worst Popeyes I’ve had. Chicken pieces were tiny and shriveled, and the skin was so tough from sitting on the heater I could barely bite it.

Food here was absolutely bad. It was really hard and the manager messed up our order and the other guy threw our food when we left and the buns were hard.and the fries were mid. And very, very, very bad customer service

Had to eat my food in 3 minites since it was literally 50 degrees in this restraunt. 2 degrees lower and it would of been snowing in this place. Should of went to the other popeyes in gallup!

Got here at 10 am. The young man clerk was very rude and wouldn't let us in yet. He said no chicken is ready anyway. We left. This was our last stop on our way to Arizona.

Omgoodness we were so happy we chose to stop at Popeyes in Gallup. We’re roadtripping from Texas and had all but given up on the Popeyes at home. This one made us believers again! The food was amazing and Jennifer was an absolute treasure! Most “fast food” places you don’t get much conversation from employees. But not here! Jennifer took our order, checked on us while she cleaned the dining room! It was truly wonderful! Thanks again lady!

Was told 10 minutes for fresh chicken, told to pull forward. So I did. Waited 20 minutes backed up to the window and asked if I was forgotten about was told they were just working on my order, pulled forward again waited again. Paid @7:21 asked for a refund at 7:59 ugh poor poor communication. And poor poor management 6 👎👎👎👎👎👎
