I was excited to try it, but unfortunately was pretty disappointed. the burrito I got had some sort of mystery meat that was supposed to be steak but didn't taste anything like steak. plus it was in giant 1 inch cubes which made it very difficult to eat
I will give a fair review in good faith! Everytime I eat at Route 66 Diner, I am greeted so welcomingly. The food is delicious and made to my preferences. It is pricey however it is worth every pretty penny I spend. The owner is very charismatic that he greets me when I do eat there as if I've known him for a long time - I appreciate it because it's not just business but a great place to dine at after a long day and feel at home. Great food and a great Route 66 atmosphere. Had delicious fry bread and some of the best salsa I’ve had in a while. Topped our meal off with a homemade milkshake. A perfect stop on our journey.
