Terrible service. The employee was rude and sarcastic. We waited a long time after pressing the button twice, there were no cars on the drive thru line so we didn’t think it would take 10 mins to have an employee take our order. When no one answered, we drove to the drive-thru and waited again. When I placed our order, the employee repeated it back incorrectly. We tried ordering again, and once again the order was repeated completely wrong. It was extremely frustrating, and the employee’s attitude came across as sarcastic and unprofessional. I have never experienced service like this at this location before. Very disappointing and unacceptable.

I ordered an apple ice tea and was given pickle tea. The last time I went I waited thirty minutes for four drinks, and this was ordered ahead of time, I went to the door to get my drinks and she threw them at me. They never give you ice, everything is cold when it should be hot and hot when it should be cold. They just need to close for good.

I got a chicken sandwich that was so hard and rubbery I couldn’t bite it 🤢 Onion rings were burnt. Also took forever to get my order. The drink was good though.
