Absolutely the most rudest staff I have ever endured at a Starbucks. Especially the girl handling giving out the drinks and the one doing the ordering.
The ONLY staff member who was helpful and polite was Chris.
Very disappointed paying 20$ for two drinks to be made poorly and rude service.

I went there on Thursday June 19th at 4 pm. There was a guy and a girl working. I stood at the counter for a while but both ignored me so after several minutes I decided not to wait. As I walked away, the female worker made fun of me. If I had an employee like her who disrespected customers, I would fire her on the spot.

This was our 3rd Starbucks in Gallup @ 9 am on a Sunday. They were are in Safeway. Lady was nice & smiling. Best of all, unlike the other 2 Gallup locations, their staff made cold brew!! It didn't occur to me that if you work in a coffee shop you wouldn't make coffee no matter how long it takes. Obviously better management at this store. Even if you have to walk in, at least they know their jobs and have the ingredients (like the cold brew itself) to make your morning 'Joe's. Thank you!!

This is for the SAFEWAY Starbucks, these folks have always been great. Just one mishap where I ordered and they forgot to remind me the option of iced or hot (I wanted the iced version and received the hot one instead but no big deal since it was still good)
I was at this location to order their new lavender latte (iced) and it was delicious. Very happy with this order and it came out fast with my name called. Comparing this to the other location nearby, the service is better because the other location (where they have their own building) is awful (you can see my other review for that place). Happy to give this one a better review, not all locations are the same. Give a congrats to these guys and tell the other location just outside this store to go through better training like learning to call out names esp. if the person can't see that the drink is prepared

Is what you expect from a Starbucks in a grocery store. They made oleatos before it rolled out. Was fabulous!

Went into Safeway to buy some beers after a hard morning working. Didnt buy anything from Starbucks. Line was 10 people deep. Workers cranking out venti/grandes faster than a prize winning greyhound. They must have all been possessed by the demon of Caffeine!! And if cource in Gallup fashion and culture, not a single smile was seen by any Employees of the Safeway or Starbucks.

Really, they put Starbucks in a nursing home. That's what I wanted to do. Have a chocolate moca & watch old people walk by in their walkers & go by in their wheelchairs.

They ran out of everything & the worst customer service ever. I waited in line and they had no sign saying what they were out of. They were basically selling just plain black coffee for a hefty price. A complete waste of my time waiting & the person was not nice…and had no reason as to why everything was out……never going there again.
