This was our 3rd Starbucks in Gallup @ 9 am on a Sunday. They were are in Safeway. Lady was nice & smiling. Best of all, unlike the other 2 Gallup locations, their staff made cold brew!! It didn't occur to me that if you work in a coffee shop you wouldn't make coffee no matter how long it takes. Obviously better management at this store. Even if you have to walk in, at least they know their jobs and have the ingredients (like the cold brew itself) to make your morning...
This is for the SAFEWAY Starbucks, these folks have always been great. Just one mishap where I ordered and they forgot to remind me the option of iced or hot (I wanted the iced version and received the hot one instead but no big deal since it was still good)

The Starbucks on highway wants day notice ahead and it would take 5 hours for these totes. Mgr Rayes refused service when asked if they can do two and I come back. They did not want nor served me.
She was to give me Ms Kimber DM # and hung up, refused to answe4 call, and then blocked my phone #
