Every once in a while, they are out of my cold brew. It’s not that busy here and most of the time it is quiet so it gives me a chance to do some reading and homework when I come visit this location. The staff are not that friendly I’m not greeted with a smile or that perkiness I’m used to at other Starbucks locations other than Gallup. It comes off as a little rude.

Drug addicts doing drugs in the bathrooms here was quite a scene. I wish I could've used the bathroom as a paying customer but that did not happen unfortunately. Corporate Starbucks needs to reevaluate the "Third Place" policy because its intention was good but the real world application is horrible!
