Called them to see if my online order had gone through a lady picked up and gave me lip with her bad customer service, very rude woman. I'm never going to order from here again.

Couldn’t order, waiting for online orders for 8 minutes. Had conversations of what we wanted to order with employee. We should have stood at ‘place order’ area, another person got in front of us. At that point said we are leaving and mss was king a review.

2nd time here and both times had horrible service. 2nd time there were 5 people working, no one was friendly, our food was bad, the bread was hard, like it was left out. For 20 bucks I would expect better service and better quality food.

employees were very nice. they greeted us when we came in the building and when we left. very nice.
Oct. 24, 2024. I stopped by at 9:20 am. The store may not be busy. The guy working is helping a costumer who was there before me. I tried to be patient. But having a 20 min conversation while making a sandwich is unacceptable. I walked out with nothing! I couldn't wait any longer.

Wow! I dont think I have EVER experienced customer service as good as this in Gallup. Patterson and Charmayne delivered stellar customer service that made our visit to Subway extra enjoyable. They made us feel like a mullion bucks when we walked in. Nothing we asked was beyond them or something they couldn't do for us. They had a great attitude and I didn't feel like I was a problem as a customer. Attention SUBWAY! You don’t want to lose those two!

Food okay but the employee.... I pretty sure their doing drugs.... the lady Jordan and the other two lady there were all acting stranges....also there was another lady in the back not wearing uniforms. Strange. I don't think I'll be going to this subway. #beingServed by addicts
