Oct. 24, 2024. I stopped by at 9:20 am. The store may not be busy. The guy working is helping a costumer who was there before me. I tried to be patient. But having a 20 min conversation while making a sandwich is unacceptable. I walked out with nothing! I couldn't wait any longer.

Wow! I dont think I have EVER experienced customer service as good as this in Gallup. Patterson and Charmayne delivered stellar customer service that made our visit to Subway extra enjoyable. They made us feel like a mullion bucks when we walked in. Nothing we asked was beyond them or something they couldn't do for us. They had a great attitude and I didn't feel like I was a problem as a customer. Attention SUBWAY! You don’t want to lose those two!

Food okay but the employee.... I pretty sure their doing drugs.... the lady Jordan and the other two lady there were all acting stranges....also there was another lady in the back not wearing uniforms. Strange. I don't think I'll be going to this subway. #beingServed by addicts

We haven't had subway in forever. We decided to place a mobile order 10 mins before arriving at this location. We arrived at approximately 930pm [1 1/2 hrs before closing], and there were 3 ppl in line. We see a sign above the register [mobile pickup], so we stood there waiting to be assisted. 1 employee acknowledged us after she cashed out 2 customers, let her know the name on mobile order, and she said it was not ready. We waited an additional 7 mins for our 2 footlongs. I'm not sure how their mobile system works, but it seems like we were better off walking in since all the customers that were in line were assisted 1st. We finally received our order, checked them before we walked out, and 1 sandwich was missing mayo and tomatoes, we notified the employee, and she gave us a side of each to apply ourselves ?. But 17 mins for 2 sandwiches is ridiculous, and a reminder why i haven't been to subway in years.

Rare 5 stars. 12+ hour road trip to AZ. A great change from gas station meals. Very Friendly staff. Haven’t got to eat our sandwiches yet but the meat and veggies looked fresh! Added plus…clean bathroom! Thank you!
