We haven't had subway in forever. We decided to place a mobile order 10 mins before arriving at this location. We arrived at approximately 930pm [1 1/2 hrs before closing], and there were 3 ppl in line. We see a sign above the register [mobile pickup], so we stood there waiting to be assisted. 1 employee acknowledged us after she cashed out 2 customers, let her know the name on mobile order, and she said it was not ready. We waited an additional 7 mins for our 2 footlongs. I'm not sure how their mobile system works, but it seems like we were better off walking in since all the customers that were in line were assisted 1st. We finally received our order, checked them before we walked out, and 1 sandwich was missing mayo and tomatoes, we notified the employee, and she gave us a side of each to apply ourselves ?. But 17 mins for 2 sandwiches is ridiculous, and a reminder why i haven't been to subway in years.

Rare 5 stars. 12+ hour road trip to AZ. A great change from gas station meals. Very Friendly staff. Haven’t got to eat our sandwiches yet but the meat and veggies looked fresh! Added plus…clean bathroom! Thank you!

I am not the biggest Subway fan and usually try to avoid it. However, I was very impressed by this particular Subway. The employees were very kind and my sandwich was as good as any I remember from Subway. It makes a difference to have such nice people, especially when you’re coming off of a long drive like we were. The friendly faces were very a welcome sight!

Seemless pickup experience. I arrived during lunch rush, so it was decently packed. However, the sub connoisseurs treated me well! Love ya guys
3 years and they still manage to mess up every online order I put in at this specific location. They also almost always give my food to some other car?? I know you guys have short staff but Jesus, do better this has been going on more than a year now. Get good.

Used the app to order my subs. A bit sad some bread can't be used in the app. Mostly soda or lemonade. They don't have the raspberry-lemonade anymore at this location.A bit weird one of the sandwiches was wrapped with foil?So if re-heating sandwich check first.Overall satisfied with the app, way better than other fast food apps I've used before.

Sprite had no syrup, cash only, chairs were all tipped so you were not welcome to dine in. (10:00 p.m. closing at 11:00).Employees were very friendly and kind.
