Here over lunch and it was CRAZY busy, which is great to see, but could tell the staff was stressed and frustrated. They didn't do anything wrong like yell at each other or show anger, could just see they were all working hard. Very friendly. Maybe a little understaffed? Otherwise, food was good as usual. Was awesome to be on the Historic Route 66.

This taco bell takes WAY TOO LONG!!! There wasn't even a lot of customers and they had us waiting in the drive through for at least 25 minutes. The portions are small and the service is below a 1 star. If there wasn't a block wall blocking us in I would have just left but nope, I'm stuck here having to wait. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TACO BELL!!!

drive thru was SLOW, didnt get my oder right. i wanted SWEET tea which was not so sweet. i asked for sour cream on my taco, had no sour cream. pmo. but the cheese quesadilla was so creamy so i cant even be mad
