Went here and made my order. I was given the wrong drink and the lady seemed put out when I told her. I said ill keep it anyhow. Another gentleman came to the window and offered cinnamon twists for my inconvenience. Overall not terrible but I felt the need to write a review regardless.

The old people working here need to learn whats on their menu. Tried to get a combo but was told all box combos were online exclusive only. Old people don't know how technology works. Mind you I was going to get what I ordered LAST week.

The staff has to be lazy or something. Can’t make a crunch wrap right, and they can’t change a $50 when you buy over $20 in food. I haven’t worked fast food in a long time but I guarantee your store has more than $30 change in it.

Its a taco bell. Lady was nice and courteous at the drive up window. Not knocking the taco bell, but $2 for a soft taco...starting to remind me of Demolition Man where taco bell was fine dining...except it isn't...just fine dining prices!! 5 stars across the board because the lady smiled and said thank you. A very rare thing in Gallup!!

My boyfriend is a truck driver passing through and had to stop here for something to eat. He was initially ignored when he knocked on the door and asked if he can order food from inside, he felt discriminated against. He had to walk through the drive threw, then was told to wait at the front entrance for his food after he was told he could not order there. If you are a person of color keep driving and don’t stop here bad service!!!
I would give zero stars if possible ordered tacos basically had taco shells and cheese chicken quesadillas that had zero chicken basically tortillas and cheese. The workers here should find a different job if they don’t like working here.
