We have traveled all over the country and I stop at small breweries to try the beer. I have to say that the flavor of this beer is in my top 3. I was blown away on the different styles and flavor profiles. I wish this was back home in Chicago. Dan was great serving and chatting. keep up the amazing work!
A hidden gem! Joe (bartender) took the time to get to know everyone at the bar by name and their stories. Everyone ended up chatting with everyone and it was great company - the whole place was having one conversation.Beers were just okay for my pallet, a little sweet, but you come here for the atmosphere and conversation. Beers are a convenient bonus.
