This is a good truck in Grants. It is a few blocks from I-40. We were traveling through from Ohio and saw good reviews online. The food was amazing! We sat on the tailgate of our pickup truck which we view as a great atmosphere. I highly recommend for take out.
These aren’t your typical small street tacos—they’re full-sized tacos and very filling. The meal comes with a side of rich consommé broth that’s perfect for dipping. The red sauce packs quite a bit of heat, while the green sauce is delicious, flavorful, and much milder. At $15, it’s a very reasonably priced meal for the quality and portion size. Highly recommended if you’re craving great birria tacos! 🌮🔥

Sanchez Tacos #20 is a good food truck in Grants, a few blocks from I-40. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is great. The staff is great, friendly, helpful, and fast. The food is full-sized and very filling. The meal comes with a side of rich consommé broth that’s perfect for dipping. The red sauce packs quite a bit of heat, while the green sauce is delicious, flavorful, and much milder. The beans are wonderful and the rice had so much flavor. The green had so much flavor but it wasn't overly spicy. The meat was cut small and not fatty. The salsa was good. The portions were generous. The asada burrito, asada tacos, barbacoa quesodilla, birria tacos, quesabirria, and tortas are available. The meal for 2 was $28. A stuffed port sandwich came with beans and rice and chili. The quesodilla was so big, there were leftovers of the next day. Highly recommended for take out. 10/10 recommend.
