I hope Subway appreciates their employee by the name of Lola! I stopped there this morning for a breakfast sandwich, and she was so pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Honestly, it's so rare to see a Subway employee with a cheerful disposition anymore. I don't usually write reviews for fast food places but I found this experience to be refreshing because of her!

It was dead when I showed up, but I still had to wait before ordering. At checkout, I asked to add a cookie, and they told me to go back and re order 😂 i came back before I left and suddenly they were out of cookies.
Terrible restrooms with urine all over the seats and floors, the workers weren't as bad as the other reviews said, but they were pretty pushy when it came to upselling.

The cash register attenders were rude and snotty. When we discovered there was no tea after purchasing drinks, we asked for a refund for our drinks. They gave us cash back. When we inquired about putting the refund back on the CC, they said is was too much trouble. When I thanked them for the cash back, they replied with rude, snotty remarks. I recommend avoiding this Subway.

Didn’t have any bread and prep done to make our app orders when I got there..
I wasn’t the only one who didn’t get our order. Maybe need to hire more help.

Cashiers were rude. As if they didnt want to serve us. Ordered with a Smile and got a cringe from Cassie I think is what I read, tag wasn't visible. Still ate and pitched in for her check. But man probably won't go back n won't recommend this place.

Whenever I travel past this Subway, I stop. The service is great. Staff is friendly. Food ways hits the spot. The place is clean. When I asked where the tip jar was, I was told they can no longer accept tip money. I asked if I could use my credit card to leave a tip and was told they will NOT get it. The company/owner keeps it. WTH! I have no idea when this actually started but that is just wrong. I hope by me posting this, Subway will reconsider their tip policy. I will still visit this location when I travel thru but before ordering, I will definitely ask if I can leave a monetary tip.

First off they were confused about simple orders and keep making us repeat them… the lady couldn’t get her glove open so she licked it and then started touching all of our sandwiches and then she wiped the sweat off of her forehead with that same glove and continued to make our food. The whole time they were grilling us about how the credit card machine doesn’t allow the cards to leave them tips. They told us to leave them a cash tip and it was very uncomfortable. They said if you don’t have cash you can go to the ATM… terrible terrible terrible. Don’t eat here unless you want to get sick from unsanitary practices….. health department maybe?

There is a very specific employee who works here who brings down the experience in a significant way, and I hesitate to leave a poor review because the others have been great. But when it gets to the point where you walk in and see a certain young woman behind the counter and then know you should just turn around, that's a problem.
