Whenever I travel past this Subway, I stop. The service is great. Staff is friendly. Food ways hits the spot. The place is clean. When I asked where the tip jar was, I was told they can no longer accept tip money. I asked if I could use my credit card to leave a tip and was told they will NOT get it. The company/owner keeps it. WTH! I have no idea when this actually started but that is just wrong. I hope by me posting this, Subway will reconsider their tip policy. I will...

People here are nice. Great customer service skills. The food is good and fresh. Maybe make sure the sandwich area is nice and clean; if this is the franchise in Grants, NM. The franchise at Sky Way near the Acoma Pueblo is clean and has great customer service skills, as well. The only thing I don't know, is if they are serving soup at either location.

I enjoy a double meat and cheese BMT and have a specific way of putting it together. The young lady followed my request so well that I was inclined to Tip her.If I ever feel the need for another one I will be returning!!
