Placed an online order and chose dining room pickup during the middle of the day. All 3 doors were locked with no signs, I knocked on the window and had multiple people look up and dismiss me standing there. I had to get in the long drive thru line for my mobile order and after getting my bag which was so taped up I couldn't open it to check it's accuracy and I found there was no sauce or napkins. Pulled out front again to try to get my sauce and napkins and held up the bag when I knocked on the window and this time someone let me in. Just frustrating experience that took 25 minutes in total for an online order.

Their freeze machine is not working and we had paid for it already, instead of offering a large regular drink to compensate the price the lady just asked our girls to get the regular drinks instead in a not welcoming manner

Wonderful food! Honestly the best taco bell i have ever had in my life. For real, this taco bell made me like taco bell. Drive tru was quick, the lady who took my order was very nice, polite, kind and overall the absolute best! I wish I got her name so that the manager can see and give her a raise. Truly an amazing experience, I am not from around here. Came from Virginia and this experience had me love this state considering everyone is kind. Employees like the ones there this evening are the sole reason that either make a restaurant great or not and this place is absolutely GREAT! 5 Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This location doesn't make the food right. Positive that this location is scamming people, by asking customers to round up their purchases to the nearest dollar, then an additional 2$ to 3$ is added onto the charge. Taco Bell employees should be investigated!

This was the cleanest, most efficient Taco Bell I've ever been to. Great service, friendly staff and high quality food. They were super busy, but they were cranking out the orders fast and accurate! Great to see so many smiling faces!
