Great Place With Bar, Beer, Karaoke, Live Bands,Entertainment, Food And Gift Shop Last But Not Least Pool Tables, Dart Board, Game Room.

We stayed at the Hatch Valley Taproom as a harvest host. We had a wonderful time. The beer is fantastic. I had the boxtoberfest and Paul had the pale ale. Both were delicious! We took home a four pack of the green chile pale ale. They added green chili powder to put on our rim?. The food was delicious and the overall vibe friendly and welcoming. Tim and Vonda were amazing hosts.

When I order a Green Chile Hamburger pizza, I would expect Green Chiles on it! Please don't splash liquids onto bar patrons and laugh about it. Please clean the bar off and take care of your bar patrons. Not one person checked on me. Had to flag someone down for service???? Understandable it's Hatch Fest, but. The food was OK. Beer was cold. I will be back in hoping for better service.

The vibe here is laidback mostly locals. I would highly recommend coming out it’s a beautiful drive . Try the wontons absolutely amazing they are made in house.

The Icebox Brewery is a great place to visit when in Hatch, NM; Chile Capital of the World. This establishment is a hidden gem. The environment at this place is very comfortable and welcoming to any and everybody. Whether you're just passing through, looking to get out of the heat, craving a nice cold drink or maybe just a bite to eat. This place is your place! Its family friendly as well as pet friendly! They've got a room with fun for the family.. pool tables, corn hole, pinball, fuzball etc. The gift/ souvenir shop that was recently added next door is a plus and is NOW OPEN so you can take a memory or just a piece of Hatch and it's Icebox, when you go! The taproom managers / bartenders, Tim and Vonda Jackson have done a damn good job at giving the town a place to relax, unwind and just enjoy! ???????

Amazing jalapeño wantons pizza was best around !!! Had a great time with Vonda and Tim. Everyone was so welcoming !!!

Amazing small town tap room with great hospitality by Tim and Vonda.. Cold Beer, Mixed Cocktails, awesome Pizza and Appetizers. Check it out!!
Ride up on your Horse or Harley it’s a great time!
Oh…and check out the entertainment, some good music to go with great times, you won’t be disappointed.
PS… You might want to consider getting a souvenir next door before you leave from Hatch NM the Chili Capital of the World..
