We've been traveling through Hatch for 20+ years, several times a year and had no idea this brewery was here. ( I guess they've been here three yrs) It just happened that the timing was just right this trip for needing a food stop that we like to combine with breweries. VERY pleased to find that the beers are all brewed here, o had the Artic Amber and hubby had the Black Ice Lager. Both are quite good. They have a Key Lime Lager that is VERY limey, in smell and taste....
My kind of place and peeps! Mgr Tim and spouse provided an awesome experience. Beers were spot on and even bought a couple of bottles of their Frost Bite Hatch Vidka and Agave Encanto (can't say Tequila).
We had an absolute blast staying at Ice Box Brewery in Hatch, NM, through Harvest Hosts! This spot is a gem for RVers looking for a unique and welcoming overnight experience. The large, fenced-in parking area was perfect for our rig, offering plenty of space and a secure, level spot to settle in for the night. It gave us peace of mind knowing our RV was in a safe, enclosed area.
