Grabbed a burrito for the road. Ingredients tasted amazingly fresh and vibrant. Staff was very friendly. Very affordable prices. Very spicy chile even for Hatch. I wish I lived here so I could come back more frequently.

We ended up in hatch on Easter! Mmolcajetes was the only place open! The food was wonderful. The staff was friendly and great. We were asked several times if we needed anything and was everything ok. And the place was clean. We'll definitely be back.

The food was ok. Asked for the molcajetes burgers. Didn't have what it said it had. The casher servers ... they were rude as hell. I'd think twice about coming back.
The food is outstanding! Service was rough at first but became better throughout our lunch. There's a store connected to the restaurant that has some beautiful items! Highly recommend this place!

Went in to order with my family of 7 , we tried to order one thing , we don’t have it. We tried to order another thing , we don’t have it. We tried to order another third thing , we don’t have it. So I asked okaayyyy what do you have ?? The hefty lady in the front then turned rude and said she could just kill the order. I said sounds good to us, you didn’t have anything anyways. We went up the road to the corner store where they had everything we wanted.

Great food, took a while to get it, but worth the wait. Also bought a med. heat bag of just hatch NM chile, sssoooo good. Haven't had any that fresh in a long time. Thank you again for everything.

Some of the best new Mexican food I've had both living in and visiting New Mexico. However, when they say it's going to be hot they mean it. I had a chicharone burrito which I love and they told me it's going to be a little hot. It's all right. Probably should have listened to them cuz after two bites blood was dripping out of my eyes and sweat was running out of my ears.
