Pepper Pot offers delicious roast beef flautas and cheese enchiladas. Known for the best hatch red chile and green chile salsa in New Mexico. Burgers are good, fries okay, but wished they were homemade. Spacious patio to enjoy chile dishes like rellenos. Pleasant and quick service, although some wished for more attention from the waitress. A place to refuel before continuing on a road trip.
