Yum finally got that hatch burrito on a cute dog friendly patio, quickly so I can get back on the road. Excellent chips and salsa.

Food is mid the service we got from the waitress was straight neglect brought us our food and drinks and didn’t get service after that. Instead of serving us she sat down to have a meal with other waiters while we needed refills 😂 won’t be back and don’t recommend!

Horrible service. They sat me down and immediately asked me what I wanted to order and then waited another 10 minutes to ask me again. And there were 3 unbussed tables outside with old food still on it so you can't even sit in a nice seat. I asked for it to go and they couldn't even put it in a box for me. And the box they gave me had a hole in it so the chile sauce just ran out the bottom of it. I ended up just paying and leaving the food there. Screw that place. Get another waiter or waitress.

Busy during Sunday and Monday due to the limit of restaurants open those days. Food was good, had the fajita plate.

Love this spot! Came here on a work day trip to pick chilis in hatch and stopped by to have lunch. Wonderful service and the food is delicious. Plus the property is so cute! Will be back.

This is day five of rellenos across New Mexico. The quest for the best. Today I’m in Hatch, NM. Famous for its chilis, I felt compelled to try the rellenos here. OH. MY. GOD! The chili was so tender, it practically melted in my mouth. And the flavor was incredible. House made green chili, beans and rice, corn tortillas. Perfection. Les had flautas, which she described as “perfect.” Our service was cheerful and fast. We enjoyed our lunch on the lovely porch. I believe, Hatch will find its way onto our route again.

We had breakfast and out of 2 plates they messed up. Apparently they don't know how to make over medium eggs. Twice. My napkin stuck to the silverware in was rolled in. They use powder iced tea and. The the tables were dirty. Restrooms were OK but no soap. We spent 2 hours there because only two employees and a girl that said she was just helping out. Don't waste your time. Bye bye Hatch, NM.

Stopped by for lunch with our certified service dog and we were refused seating inside. We were asked to prove our dog was a service animal, which is illegal. The staff person was very rude. Do not eat here!!
