all of the meat was very dry. I had the brisket, and the pulled pork and the sausage. The sauce was the only thing that saved the meat. Now the pizza side of this place had amazing pizza for the area. The pizza side is 5 stars for the area
Food was absolutely delicious. Employee was very helpful, fast and friendly. Which is rare for Hobbs. Meats were moist and flavorful. Dinner roll was delicious. Mac and cheese has a good taste and so did the potato salad. Establishment was clean and organized. Definitely bringing my family back.
The sides were equally impressive; the mac and cheese was creamy and the baked beans were perfect.
The staff was friendly and attentive, I can't wait to return and try more of their mouthwatering dishes. Highly recommend Bovine and Swine BBQ to anyone looking for a top-notch BBQ...
