“The new remodel requires the restaurant to provide a better quality of service since nothing is accessible for self service. I understand the reasoning for the limited access to drinks, ketchup etc.With that being said. My food has been almost cold while dining in. The facility is dirty and I have watched several customers walk out due to no contact from staff.Coming through the drive through I have had to wait for drinks. I received my food but was asked to park and wait for drinks. This seems like a very poor efficiency in a fast food service.“

“Ordered pick up they brought order out forgot hash browns, no big deal, drove around through DT to let them know and get rest of order. At the box great, next window awesome. Last window I told the lady she asked for receipt okay I have this on bag, she talks to someone asks me for bag …um okay I give it to her but felt some kinda way as if I was trying to get over on themFor some hash browns. They ended up giving them to me but I didn’t like the interrogation…..“
