Best Chef hands down! The food ALWAYS surpasses my expectations! Quality of food is amazing, and the service is great! A great place to eat while enjoying someone’s company. Great place to celebrate a birthday or anniversary as well.
This is now a pasta only restaurant but it is amazingly good. The bread and noodles are all made fresh. I posted the new menu. They are working on adding things to the menu such as burgers and sandwiches. The service here is amazing and both of the owners are great.
Please give this place a chance you won't regret it.

Saxony Steak Room & Lounge is a restaurant in Hobbs that serves incredible steaks, particularly the filet and NY strip, which are perfectly cooked and seasoned. The chef grilling steaks is a master, and the salads are also great. While service can be slow, with some guests having to get their own drinks and wait for refills, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is romantic and cute. The menu is limited, with no vegetarian options available, but the staff is willing to customize dishes to accommodate dietary requests. The drinks are perfect, and the baked potatoes are a nice touch.
