One of the absolute best burgers in Hurley/Bayard/Deming/Silver. Simple soups made from scratch. The restaurant is not often busy these days, but the chef and proprietor is also managing the convenient store, motel and storage lot in back. He makes it look effortless to put love into everything he touches, is from an engineering and business background: can carry many conversations and is otherwise quietly serving via unwaivering, exact process.
