I had my mind made up before arriving because I'd checked out the dinner menu online. But then the soup of the day, chicken pozole, which wasn't listed online, ruled. I do not regret my decision. It was a little spicy & delicious. Also I loved the blue corn muffins. The mango sorbet with some fresh strawberries & blueberries was quite a big portion but so tasty I managed to eat every last bite. I'm looking forward to my next dinner here!
OC is a Wonderful quiet and calming,unpretentiousness feel good retreat in historic NM cliff and desert settings. Highly recommended for a day or two soaking in the healing mineral springs waters as people have done for centuries!
The review is for the Artesian Restaurant, not the spa itself. It was fantastic! Great food and service. The atmosphere was very nice too. The menu was very varied. Something for everyone. I also looked at the plates of other diners and their food looked great too. The prices were surprisingly fair, considering it's the only restaurant there and has zero competition. I thought they would be much higher. We will definitely go back.
